Problem with Triple Timer Counter Low Level example

Hello Friends,

 

                      I'm working with zed board's Triple Timer Counter and i executed TTC low level example that will generate a square wave on Waveform output pins. I Found that, even after the execution of the program , the waveform output continues to come without termination. There is no infinite loop in the example code.

                    Can anyone help to solve this issue of terminating the wave after completion of execution ??
