Our new UltraZrd-EG boards won’t come up on our carrier board (dev kit).
We think the UltraZed is DOA.
Have you been able to use the SOM with a known-good carrier like the Avnet PCIe Carrier or I/O carrier boards?

Tom ... thanks for the quick response.
We have three UltraZed SOMs we purchased last year ... that work with the Avnet carrier board (dev kit).
When we swap those older SOMs out for our recently purchased UltraZeds ... they don’t come up.
When we swap the older SOMs back in ... our product comes up.
We’re a small 5G technology start-up in Tucson, AZ ... I'll look and find our FAE on the North America link you sent.
