flashing LED on Edge AI board

Hello 
 
 I could not find on HW guide if there is some on board LED I can control using GPIO 
 
 please advice if exists, and what is the GPIO number \ LED path in case already supported via DTS

1. Edge AI board is a specific board. 2. I managed to find the answer by looking at DTS and finsing which GPIO is used to currentlly control LED, then I chnaged it functionality and now it works
