I am wondering any ever try with the above configuration.

Maxboard with Raspberry pi compatible Touch screen and Raspberry hat with RS232 + RS 485 ?

Raspberry Pi Hat with RS232/RS485 - this is electrically compatible, some yocto development will be required to get the OS to support this though.

eMMC - off the shelf we only offer MaaXBoard with SD Card slot. Contact your local Avnet contact if interest in geting a board with eMMC
