is there anybody who is supporting maaxboard / dealing customer issues on maaxboard

Hi, first of all, I am sorry to open this kind of discussion. But It is also a problem. Because even a simple problem caused by maaxboard distributer/site moderator or whoever is unanswered.  for example

Currently, Maaxboard does not have any reference design and quick starting images and tools.  Maaxboard is looking abandoned by its developer. if I am mistaken please let this community know.
