Building Debian Linux

Question

Hi, 
 I'm following the Linux software development guide and got stuck at step:

3.5.1 Burn File System to SD Card 
 It says to burn " debian-9.x-arm64-2019-02-28.img" to the SD Card, but it doesn't seem like this was a product of the linux build. Where is this file/ what do i need to do to get it? I have all the dtb files etc.

Prebuilt Linux images are accessible under the "Reference Designs" tab of the product page of each of the MaaXBoard variants eg. Here are the Yocto and Debian Linux images listed on the MaaXBoard page at https://avnet.me/maaxboard /
