Does maaxboard have yocto support? Which branch is currently maintained?

Meta-maaxboard documentation lists the following branches as supported for the various maaxboard models

I have the maaxboard (AES-MC-SBC-IMX8M-G) and I was able to build both avnet-image-lite and avnet-image-full using Langdale branch with no issues. However, neither images boot and got the below kernel panic. Isn't this the correct branch? Is this board maintained or obsolete? I would expect these images to load out of the box.
