We are working on a Linux port to MaaxBoard-RT, currently trying to bring up RPI 7" DSI LCD.

MaaXBoard RT has a 2-lane MIPI DSI interface as shown below.
(The pinout is compatible with the 4-lane MIPI DSI pinout on the higher-end Linux-based MaaXBoard SBCs and the 7" panel from Tria (available via Newark, Farnell, etc)
