Found a mistake in the Arduino carrier card Manual for PS-Pmod
When I tested the PS-Pmod with Multimeter I noticed that the VCC and GND have been interchanged.
Whereas in regular Pmod:
We see that this is correct, might be a type in the manual, just wanted to inform.
