Can someone please post the microZed 7010 board definition files for Vivado 2015.4? I tried using the 2015.2 files, but they don't work in 2015.4

Hello Joseph,
The current '2015.1/2015.2' MicroZed board definition files should work with Vivado 2015.4. I build a sample MicroZed 7010 project in Vivado 2015.4 and it seems to operate correctly.
What sort of problem are you seeing?
-Gary
There are known issues with 2015.1/2015.2 board definitions in 2015.3/2015/4 IF that board definition parameterizes IP in the PL. Since the MicroZed board definitions were written to accommodate a MicroZed running standalone (with no PL I/Os), there is no PL IP in the 2015.1/2015.2 board definition.
Therefore, like Gary says, they should work fine. However, if you are seeing something else, please let us know so we can investigate.

Let's start with the instructions - "Install Avnet Board Definition Files in Vivado2015.1v1.0.pdf"
Page 1 says "This is the quickest option, but it is not recommended by Xilinx. Use at your own risk." This is the only option provided in the document, and it's not recommended.
Page 2 says "Regardless of which method you choose..." I was only given one (not recommended) method. It this document missing some pages?
I put the downloaded files in the right place, started Vivado 2015.4, opened my existing block design, right-clicked on Zynq, and chose "Customize Block". In the "re-customize IP' dialog box, I clicked on the 'Presets' tab. The MicroZed is not listed.
If I start a new project, I can choose the microZed7010, but I can't customize an existing design to use the microZed.

Hi Joseph,
Thanks for pointing out the issue with the instructions document. We do need to update the document to reflect the changes in the Xilinx recommendation and the fact that there is now only one option.
Regarding using the board files to 're-customize' the IP block, as we discussed in a previous thread, I am not sure that is am expected behaviour or not. In any case there seems to be a workable process that you documented in that thread:

Hello Joseph,
I'm facing the same problem currently. Were you able to figure it out?
Hi,
Could you please help me out with this..I'm new to Xilinx FPGAs
Hello Akshatha,
As discussed above, you can use the MicroZed board definition files for Vivado 2015.1/2015.2 with Vivado 2015.4. Just install them in the "..data/board/boardfiles" directory of your Vivado 2015.4 installation.

The 2015.1/2015.2 microZed definition files and installation method works but only if you're starting a new project. If you want to recustomize an existing project, you can use the workaround that I described here:
http://zedboard.org/content/board-definition-and-recustomize-ip
As a note we have now posted 2015.3/2015.4 board definition files for the MicroZed and PicoZed boards:
