EMBV - PYTHON-1300-C Reference Design is not working

Hi all!

I just downloaded the EMBV - PYTHON-1300-C Reference Design for Vivado 2014.4 and followed the instructions. The script runs well and all seems to be okay. But in the end, I have no video signal. Console output is okay.
I would be grateful for any help.

Is this the same issue as you described in this previous forum post ?

If yes, can you identify if your monitor is not seeing any connection, or is just displaying a black screen ?
The only other idea I have is for you to archive your entire project and send it to me, so that I can try it out.

Hi Mario,
first it looks like.
But after testing with the different versions, I found that the problem was a defect HDMI cable.
Your updated version of the demo works very well.

Hi Mario,
I am trying to build and run the fmchc_python1300c_MZ7020_FMCCC_20150907_211338 for the zedboard from Avnet on Vivado 2015.3 and it generates the following DRC Error:-

[DRC 23-20] Rule violation (NDRV-1) Driverless Nets - Bus Net fmchc_python1300c_i/onsemi_python_spi_0/U0/onsemi_vita_spi_v3_1_S00_AXI_inst/host_spi_rxfifo_dout[31:0] has undriven bits 16:31.

I can build the project and run it with Vivado 2014.4 and it works fine - it does not complain about this DRC Error??

I see that you are the author of the code and i hope that you can help me on this.
