Ethernet

Hello,

I have one custom IP block which generates continuous data with around 1Mb rate. I want to send it out using Ethernet. Can someone give me an Idea what will be the starting point?

AXI Lite / AXI stream which one would be better?

I am able to generate vivado bitstream. But not sure how I can make transfer over ethernet. The only example I can see the the eco server. but it just sent packet and receive eco. I am able to do that. but How i can transfer my data over ethernet ?
