The Altium source files are only available through a local Avnet/Silica FAE or branch office. They can request the files based on the use case.
We typically make the files for 'carrier' type boards, such as the MicroZed FMC Carrier card, available to customers that want to design a custom carrier card for one of our SOMs, such as the MicroZed, PicoZed, etc. This is to accelerate a customer design that uses one of our boards as a part of the product.
We do not typically share the Altium source files for SOMs that we sell as a product, again such as MicroZed, PicoZed, etc.
