Hi Benyuan,
At our recent X-fest courses I learned a little about JESD204B. From what I understand, that data interconnect requires high speed serial transceivers so if you were interested in using Zynq, you would need to use one of the Zynq devices that support GTX transceivers.
We have the Mini Module Plus line of SOMs which you can find on this site and might find useful for achieving the number of GTX channels to realize JESD204B.

It looks like the sampling rates that you are looking at can be supported by data converters which do not require JESD204B but can use the LVDS I/O on Xilinx Series-7 devices. Take a look at this Analog Devices wiki page for an example of one of these converters that is supported on ZedBoard:
