uZed + FMC Unable to Program FPGA through SDK

Hi,

I have a microzed 7020 with an FMC carrier and an ISMNET2-G network board.  I am able to program the FPGA just fine with the JTAG cable if the microzed is not connected to the FMC carrier, but after I connect it, I get the following error:

Program FPGA failed

Reason:

Could not find FPGA device on the board for connecton  'Local'.

I am using vivado 2016.2

Thanks,

Jason

When MicroZEd is connected to the FMC Carrier you must also plug the JTAG cable into the carrier. Could that be what's happening? Documented in the FMC User Guide: /Matt

Mbrown, thanks for replying to my comment. I actually had it wired correctly with the jtag cable connected to the fmc carrier card, but it turns out that some of the circuitry was fried on the fmc carrier card itself. I have since purchased a new board and all is well. Thank you.
