QSPI standalone bootiing

Hi Gary/Bryan,

Is it possible to implement first stage booting using an ISE or impact tools rather than Vivado suite.

Because currently our design is in ISE such as the IP, constraints and source file.

Im using a Microzed to first boot using QSPI in Vivado and working. But my concern is is can be done in ISE or Impact tools.
