My project is reference to embv python 1300c standalone version in vivado 2015.2. I monitor video_hsync in onsemi_vita_cam module. I get 60 Hz in resolution "1280x1024". But I transfer to vivado 2016.3, it downs to 37 Hz. Same hardware design and software configuration. Could anybody give me suggestions to solve it. Thank you.
