Modify VCCBRAM source

Hi All,

For some experiments I need to change the VCCBRAM source and connect it to a controllable power supply. I found the datasheet, schematic of the board and also datasheet of the regulator used on the board. But still have problem to find a good way to do that, although I found the regulator output that goes to the VCCBRAM but I cannot find the trace because it seems it will be in the inner layers on PCB. The other problem is that the source of VCCBRAM comes from a regulator which seems to be responsible for VCCINT and VCCPINT. any comments or recommendations?

Per note 5. of Table 2 of the XC7Z010-XC7020 Data Sheet (http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/data_sheets/ds187-XC7Z010-XC7Z020-Data-Sheet.pdf) VCCBRAM should be connected to the same supply as VCCINT.
