During testing of the IOCC, we uncovered a couple issues with the MicroZed, which are documented here http://www.zedboard.org/content/rev-bc-microzed-errata.
Testing is now complete. Our first production revision of the IOCC will be Rev C, and we expect boards to start shipping mid-November. We depopulated a reset circuit that was no longer necessary after we corrected the problems on the MicroZed. We have also modified the IOCC to Rev D, which we have released to build protos. This simplifies Rev C by removing the reset circuit.
Schematics and BOM for both Rev C and Rev D are now posted at http://www.zedboard.org/documentation/1522. Note that the Rev D is marked as PRELIMINARY since we have not tested this yet. If you are working on your own Carrier Card design, we recommend you reference the Rev D.
