Not all components mounted on board

I have received a microzed board with many of its components missing. missing components are the jumpers, leds, JTAG connectors, reset switches.Is it possible for me to configur e this board with these components missing? I'm not able to configure it.

Wow, have not run into that before. Are you sure you have a MicroZed and not a PicoZed, which does not have these components on the SOM board?

On the back of the board there should be a label with the serial number and part number/rev of the board.

If your board has a part number of BD-Z7MB7010-... or BD-Z7MB7020-... it is a MicroZed. In that case please send me a private email with the board part number/rev, serial number as well as any purchase information you can, such as where and when you purchased, PO number, etc if possible so that we can work on getting your board replaced and track down any problems.

If the label on the back of your board has a different part number, such as BD-Z7PZP-70.... then you have a PicoZed. A PicoZed is not meant to work without being plugged into a Carrier Card of some type. Please reply here if that is the case so that we will know that there is not an issue to track down.

I should add that the Cost Optimized version of the MicroZed, BD-Z7MB7010-C01.... also does not have these parts installed, so you may have ordered the Cost Optimized version:

Hi Gary,
It looks like I accidentally ordered the cost optimized version. What is the difference between the regular MicroZed and the cost optimized version? I also have the I/O carrier board.
