Zynq power supplies not connected?

I'm looking at page 9 of the MicroZed schematics, Rev F, dated 1/28/2014.

There are I/O Power rails connected to the Zynq symbol in the top left corner (schematic symbol section J) which don't seem to be connected to a power supply on the board.

A search of "VCCO_13", "VCCO_34", or "VCCO_35" leads to some decoupling caps, the 61082 connectors on the bottom side of the board, and nothing else which may be construed as a power supply.

What am I missing?

    Bob,

    To allow the engineer the most I/O voltage flexibility, the VCCO supplies are sourced from the Carrier. When MicroZed is operated in standalone mode, the PL I/Os are not powered. Obviously this means that to fully utilize MicroZed, you must either purchase a prototype Carrier or design your own.
