I believe that in theory the Zynq chip on a AES-Z7MB-7Z010-G can become excessively hot if the PL and PS is operating at full capacity.

If that happens, what are the recommended heatsinks and/or fans.

I only looked in the MicroZed documentation, not the carrier card documentation.
