I believe that in theory the Zynq chip on a AES-Z7MB-7Z010-G can become excessively hot if the PL and PS is operating at full capacity.
If that happens, what are the recommended heatsinks and/or fans.
Thanks.

I have the 7Z020 MicroZed and the Zynq definitely is getting quite hot before I've put any of my own logic in the PL. I'm definitely skeptical of the wisdom of using a 19mm square heat sink due to the proximity of the capacitors which are taller than the BGA. I'm going to try the Wakefield Thermal Solutions LTN20069-T5, which is 16.5mm square by 8.9mm, supplied with thermal adhesive tape. While the Cool Innovations is better, the Wakefield is available from stock and is quite inexpensive (under $1.50 in quantity 1).
