I believe that in theory the Zynq chip on a AES-Z7MB-7Z010-G can become excessively hot if the PL and PS is operating at full capacity.
If that happens, what are the recommended heatsinks and/or fans.

My 2 cents...
In a document suggested heatsinks are 19x19mm, but I measured distance between some capacitors near Zynq on my microzed 7020 is ~18.9mm. So, I went with 18mm and even this is close in my opinion, just .020 on each side...
I just got my first microzed today, and my measurements show about 20mm between the capacitors. Perhaps my version has smaller caps; the pads are quite a bit larger than the caps.
