Newbie problem. DONE pin not high on FPGA write.

I'm a total beginner when it comes to the MicroZed board.  I've been having this problem when I attempt to write a "Hello, World" application using Vitis Classic 2023.  The blue D2 "Done" LED turns off as well when this happens.

Any tips for what might be going wrong?  I tried two different boards, so it's probably not a hardware problem.

    "DONE" LED is for FPGA bitstream programming. As you read from your UART console logs:

    Error: Timeout waiting for FPGA to config.

    It could be tool chain(you setup) issue or your booting artifacts were not good enough. If you don't need UART port from FPGA PL side, try not loading FPGA bitstream for Hello World API, which can limit the trouble-shooting area.
