I am interested in using 10GbE optical transceivers with the Mini-ITX board however the datasheet only lists a SFP socket (SFP+ is needed for 10GbE). The Zynq chip should support 10GbE signaling on the GTX transceivers, is the SFP socket compatible with SFP+ transceivers?

The SFP and SFP+ sockets are not compatible. Although, the Zynq devcie on the Mini-ITX board supports 10G data rate, the Mini-ITX board does not support SFP+/10G interface.
