Step 1 of Tutorial 1 says this:

"If not previously completed, download the MiniZed Board Definition Install for Vivado

2017.1 archive and follow the instructions to install the board definitions."

Exactly what file does this refer to?

It is refering to the file labeled Board Definition File located here http://zedboard.org/support/documentation/18891
