TE Sensor Pmod example designs

We have worked with TE Connectivity to create six bare metal reference designs for six TE Connectivity Sensor Pmods. These Pmod designs are posted at

http://minized.org/support/design/18891/146

All 6 Pmods are in stock at Avnet in the Americas. Hyperlinks immediately below, with a description of each at the bottom.

FYI regarding an issue with the KMA36 device and Pmod from TE:

We decided to insert a datasheet note in the next datasheet revision.

In there we will explain that running the KMA with date code prior to 1711 the I2C communication with some types of MCUs could fail when using I2C frequencies >50kHz. In case of this issue we will recommend using an I2C frequency of 50 kHz.

We allow Avnet to publish this information, too.

Our reference designs operate at 50 kHz to accomomdate this. However, if a you are not using the KMA36 or have a newer KMA36, then you can increase the I2C frequency to 100 kHz.

    Bryan
