MiniZed XDC Files - Where can I find them or how to create them

Hello,

I'm trying to get back to my FPGA board (Minized) but I'm having trouble as I'm trying to find an XDC file for the board or somewhere I can learn how to create one for all its peripherals. I have found THIS, but it does not include the LEDs or the push buttons on a quick check. Also is there a need to include any information for clocks or timing in this file?

Maybe you can find something on the web if you search for I/O floor planning in vivado.
