The "Boot Mode Select" table in the 7015/30 schematic (rev B2) has some errors, i.e. there is no LOW(5-6) for JT2 and I also presume that the first SW1 column should read LOW(2-3) instead of LOW(5-6).
Assuming that JT2 is really meant there and not JT4, then the default for JT2 is LOW(1-2).
Note that there also would be no HIGH(1-2) or LOW(2-3) for JT4, as 1 is connected to GND and 3 to VCC in both cases.
But now to the real question here:
What are the BOOT modes selectable via SW1 without changing any of the default SMD solder jumpers JT1-JT4?
