Pico Zed Power

My customer is using the AES-Z7PZ-7Z030-SOM-I-G

They are seeing the following:

1. VCC034, VCC035 u2013 1.8V rails for I/O u2013 see ~0.6V when 5V is applied to board but 1.8V regulator to these I/O banks is not enabled

2. When the board went into lock down, they saw VCC034, VCC035 go up 1.94V

Any ideas what might be happening?

Hello Roopa,
What Carrier Card are you using? Is it either PicoZed FMC Carrier Card V1 or V2, or is it a custom Carrier Card your customer has created? Also could you provide me with detailed steps in how to replicate the issue you are having please.

Hi Josh,
They are using their own carrier card. I have screen shots of what they are seeing but there doesnt seem to be a way to attach files to this message in the forum so I will send you an email.
