Does the PicoZed meet the requirements for power sequencing in Xilinx AR# 65240? This design advisory states that the integrity of the Zynq E-Fuse settings can be affected.

PicoZed is compliant with this requirement. All the supplies are sequenced through PGOOD signals. 3.3V is the last supply to come up in the chain, which releases POR. On power down, PGOOD goes low once Vin disappears which pulls that line low quicker than the discharge of the rails.
