Design error on J13 power test?

I removed the PicoZed from the FMC Carrier card, jumpered J13 contacts together, and power still didn't show up from the ADP5052 (monitored on CON3.

The schematic shows J13 tied to 3.3V to turn on VCCIO_EN.  Is this a design error? How can VCCIO_EN go high from J13 if the ADP5052 is not enabled to power the 3.3V?

    Thank you for bringing this error to our attention.  You are correct, J13 pin 1 should be connected to VIN_HDR, not 3.3V.

    While not ideal, to correct this functionality you could remove R104 (make sure you remove this resistor first) then run a wire on the bottom of the board from CON3 pin 2 (VIN_HDR) to pin 1 on J13.  Doing so on the back would still allow you to populate a 2 pin header for J13 and not interfere with the jumper.  I'll make sure this error is addressed in the documentation and is corrected on the next spin of the board.
