It appears that there is no AC coupling caps on the PCIe transmit signals on the PicoZed. Is this intentional and the carrier should have them or this going to get fixed?
FYI the PicoZed carrier doesn't have them either.

They need to be added to the Carrier card since the SOM does not dictate what interface will reside on the base board. The PicoZed Carrier Card is being updated.
They need to be added to isolate any DC offsets introduced to the PCIe receivers by the add-in card (PZ Carrier in this case). Without them they could cause out of spec voltages at the receiver and cause intermittent operation.
