For the PicoZed 7030 module, the EN pin of U11 (TPS54618 switch mode regulator) is pulled high via R52 to VIN (schematic sheet 11).
The TPS54618 has an absolute maximum rating spec on its EN pin of 4 V. (See TPS54618 data sheet, section 6.1) So, if the carrier sets VIN = 5V, then this rating will be exceeded.
