Booting picozed

Hi,

I don't have sd card at hands,I want to know booting picozed with QSPI must need sd card? I refered to http://zedboard.org/support/design/4701/76 

Application Note on Booting PicoZed Using QSPI and eMMC

But all they need sd card.

    I have a 7020 Picozed and the FMC Carrier Card V2. The "getting started" pamphlet that came in the box says "Do not boot a stock PicoZed in QSPI mode on the FMC Carrier Card V2. This could damage your carrier or SOM."

     

    So even if I have no SD card, I am not able to program my boot image into my PicoZeds flash and boot from that? Going from the labs you linked to above, it sounds like I can, so I am a bit confused.
