Hi,
I'm currently designing a carrier board for the picozed. I want to configure the USB as an OTG device. I did review the phy datasheet and the schematics. I observed that USB_VBUS_OTG has a lot of capacitor both on the picozed itself (C3) and on the carrier board (C167).
In normal USB OTG mode these capacitor are connected trough a 1k resistor to the USB_VBUS.
Are the 100uF capacitor needed? I'm not sure of the effect with OTG where this should be quite lower?
Maybe I'm just missing something and the USB_VBUS_OTG is used as a power rail somewhere?
