Greetings,
I'm looking at the PicoZed as a controller for a data acquisition system (size constraints preclude the mini-ITX). The only thing missing is a SATA connection, so I'm wondering if there is any reason a 7015- or 7030-based picozed could not work with the MLE SATA core? I understand I'll have to provide power and a clock and also connect to the SATA connector through the headers, that's OK.
Has anyone done this, or with a different SATA IP core?
Looks like the MMP could be an option too, but a significantly more expensive one.
TIA,
Fred
