Vivado 2018.3 can't parse PicoZed 7030 SOM files

Vivado 2018.3 (as installed on my computer) can't parse the PicoZed SOM bdf files (xml) that I downloaded from github/Avnet/bdf. All the bdf files for FMC carrier cards, eval kits, etc; seem to be parsed correctly, and appear in the project device list. But not the SOM files. The error message I'm getting is: "[Board 49-4] Problem parsing board_part file - C:/Xilinx/Vivado/2018.3/data/boards/board_files/picozed_7030_som/1.2/board.xml, Invalid xml file C:/Xilinx/Vivado/2018.3/data/boards/board_files/picozed_7030_som/1.2/board.xml: equal sign expected". Is there a known workaround or correction for this?

    Thanks for the suggestion Dan, using the "Download" option got me the files correctly. On my previous attempt I clicked through to the 7030 SOM files I was looking for, and used the "right click - save…

    Thanks for the reply Clem. Full disclosure: I'm a complete newbie when it comes to XML, but after looking at the raw source code I believe that the file causing trouble is actually HTML, not XML...

    <!DOCTYPE html>

    <html lang="en">

      <link rel="dns-prefetch" href="https://avatars1.githubusercontent.com">

    I'm not sure if Vivado was intended to work with HTML files, but it seems to be having difficulty with this one. All the working files are clearly XML.
