I am trying to drive the external reference clock (J1) on the FMC carrier card. I can change the mux inside the 9361 using the SPI interface but I am having trouble changing the clksel line from the Zynq GPIO that drives the mux external to the 9361. I have looked through the driver code but I don't see anything that references the clock select. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
