Support,
I just got my PicoZed SDR and followed the directions for startup and I cannot get my mouse or keyboard to respond.
Ideas?
Thanks,
Craig

Hi all,
I seem to have the same problem as Craig, has anyone found a solution to this?
If I connect a mouse directly to the board using a Micro USB type B to USB-A adapter the mouse works. Same if I connect a keyboard using the adapter to the board, keyboard works fine.
The problem is if I connect a USB hub using the Micro USB type B to USB-A adapter to the board. The mouse and keyboard plugged in to the hub do not work.
I have tried two different makes of hub, same results.

Just to be clear, you're plugging the USB hub into the same Micro USB to USB A socket that you plugged the USB mouse into, right? You can't use a Micro USB to USB A cable (like a phone charger style cable) to plug the board into a hub.
You have to use a Micro USB OTG host dongle (like: https://www.amazon.com/Wblue-Adapter-Function-Samsung-BlackBerry/dp/B00Y2OTR72/ ), and then plug the USB hub into that cable, and then the USB keyboard and mouse into the hub. If the PicoZed SDR is working fine when you plug the mouse and keyboard in directly, I'd say you either have the hub hooked up wrong, have defective hubs, or possibly need a hub that's powered externally (though the PicoZed SDR should be able to handle the current of the hub, KB, and mouse). I've personally used a few different hubs and haven't had any issues with any of them.

Hi,
I have got this to work now. I tried a third make of hub and it worked! I have a fourth hub on order so will try that when it arrives. It seems some hubs are a bit flaky ...
