I am unable to find PackageLibrary.tcl in hdl-hdl_2015_r1 download as stated in "PicoZed SDR AD9361 Development Kit Getting Started Guide" page 21 Step 5.

    Sorry for the confusion. That TCL script is no longer valid. We need to update that documement.

    In order to rebuild the Vivado project, follow the instructions in the following post:

    It uses Make to manage compilation dependencies. It operates natively with Linux, or using Cygwin on a Windows machine.

    Matt,

    Thank you for your response.  Your procedure takes me to "avnet.egnyte.com" to get cygwin but at this location you need a avnet login but does not give a way to create one.  How do I get one?
