FPGA Programming on PicoZed SOM Z7035 AD9361 CRM:01630000228

I am unable to find PackageLibrary.tcl in hdl-hdl_2015_r1 download as stated in "PicoZed SDR AD9361 Development Kit Getting Started Guide" page 21 Step 5.

    Josh,

    1)  PicoZed SDR (AES-Z7PZ-SDR2-G) on PicoZed SDR FMC Carrier Card (AES-PZSDRCC-FMC-G).

    2)  When I run 'make pzsdr.ccbrk' under Cygwin I get "ERROR:[Corectl 2-106] Specified part could not be found"  I tried other projects and they worked Ok.

    3)  What Xilinx Project / Version is programmed into the carrier card ( AES-Z7PZ-SDR2-G) & (AES-PZSDRCC-FMC-G) initially from Avnet?  Is there a way to read what version is installed?  I downloaded hdl_2015_r2 and I am trying to build Project pzsdr.ccbrk, is this the project / version that is presently programmed from the factory in my carrier card?  When trying to build this project I get the error in No. 2 above.
