FPGA Programming on PicoZed SOM Z7035 AD9361 CRM:01630000228

I am unable to find PackageLibrary.tcl in hdl-hdl_2015_r1 download as stated in "PicoZed SDR AD9361 Development Kit Getting Started Guide" page 21 Step 5.

    I dug into the "ERROR:[Corectl 2-106] Specified part could not be found" more and found that download hdl_2015_r2 was built to use Xilinx Vivado version 2015.2.1 but 2015.2.1 does not support XC7Z035ifbg676-2L.  hdl_2015_r2 project pzsdr.ccbrk can not work because it requires Vivado version 2015.2.1 and 2015.2.1 will not work with XC7Z035ifbg676-2L part.  Please help.
