XRF16Tm RFSoC System-on-Module
Interested with further details of Avnet AES-XRF16-ZU49-G and carrier board that are not on your website. In particular
1. Detailed mechanical dimensional drawings of the assembly in print or ideally 2 or 3 dimensional CAD files
2. Information on the heat dissipation of the assembly. In particular heat sink contact areas and corresponding thermal dissipation.

    We have PDF drawings of SOM, Module, and SOM+Module. We also have 3D STEP files. Source CAD files for the carrier can also be requested. Please email rfinfo@avnet.com and include your company name and local Avnet/Silica/EBV representative (if applicable).

    RE: Heat dissipation

    We do not have thermal models, however 2 heat sinks have been developed and can ordered @

    - AES-XRF-FANSINK-G

    - AES-XRF-HEATSINK-G

    Both options are designed for contact with the Xilinx RFSoC device only. However we freely offer our CAD models in order for users to customize the heat spreader for their enclosure and to contact other components (like DDR memory and regulators). Please email rfinfo@avnet.com and include your company name and local Avnet/Silica/EBV representative (if applicable).
