No reference designs exist for selected target:ZCU208

Hello,

I am trying to test zcu208 example from https://rfsoc-hdlcoder.readthedocs.io/en/latest/zcu208.html

Step 1: download zcu208-hdlcoder.zip

Step 2: extract zip files and install at Matlab 2021.b

>> installhdl208 

Info: to complete the network setup, enter your IP settings in the interfaces file.

Info: the interfaces file should now be open in the Matlab text editor.

 

Step 3:

I opened one example, rfsocADCCapture using Matlab 2021.b and HDL Workflow adviser and selected the target device.

    It solved my issues with Matlab2022.a and successfully generated the Vivado project.

    Hi,  Great to hear it is working for you now.  I cannot tell for sure from the information given but it looks like one of the add-on packages was causing the issue.  I suspect the MathWorks HDL Coder support package for RFSoC add-on was not being found or possibly something from the HDL Coder ZCU208 add-on was not installed properly by RFSoC Explorer.

    It's also possible the latest version of the HDL Coder support package for RFSoC broke something in the older versions.  I've been using 2021.b exclusively for a long while now and it works without issue per the readthedocs instructions.  That said I have not installed the latest MathWorks HDL coder support package for RFSoC.
