Package manager for RZBoard

Question

Which Linux package manager does the RZBoard use? 
 I wish to install additional packages such as SoX (Sound eXchange) and some Python packages using pip.

I'm not sure if you figured this out but the RZboard image does not contain any package managers. I was able to install pip and all the python packages I required using wget.
