RZBoard V2L : Codec Library version

Question

The version of the CODEC library differs between the documentation and the script on GitHub. 
 RZBoard-Linux-Yocto-Development-Guide-v2.3.pdf : V0.58 (RTK0EF0045Z15001ZJ-v0.58_EN.zip) 
 https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Avnet/meta-rzboard/rzboard_dunfell_5.10/tools/create_yocto_rz_src.sh : V1.0 (REN_VEDIO_CODEC_LIB_PKG_EVAL="RTK0EF0045Z15001ZJ-v1.0_EN) 
 If the documentation is out of date, it would be helpful if you could update it.

Hi Shingo, 
 The documentation is currently being updated. However, I've forked the meta layer and updated the create tool and readme to link to the latest packages https://github.com/erstoddard/meta-rzboard/tree/rzboard_dunfell_5.10_VLP_v3.2.0 . Please use the create tool from the previous link and grab the versions of the support packages listed in the readme.
