RZBoard eMMC Download Error

I'm trying to download https://avnet.me/RZBoard_emmc from the RZBoard Yocto User Manual. The download always fails at 50%.

Any help would be appreciated!

Latest pre-built image (Linux kernel 5.10.145, Yocto Dunfell 3.1.21) is available for download under Releases at the RZBoard V2L Hub page github.com/.../ github.com/.../v5.10.145

Nevermind. The same files are located in Git: github.com/.../rzboard-program-tools
