Zynq Base TRD 14.1 On Zedboard?

Has anyone had any luck getting the Xilinx Zynq Base TRD 14.1 running on the Zedboard?  I know it is intended for the ZC702 Evaluation Board, but I hoped the hardware would be similar enough to get close.

I tried just installing the binaries on the SD card and booting it, but it hung on:

INFO : Initialize HDMI OUT

The TRD is along the lines of a potential application, so I would like to see it run if it isn't impossible.

    Hi all,
    we have ported the TRD14.2 to Zedboard (Hw and Sw). We recompiled the xilinx linux kernel 3.3, and it boot ok, but the fb driver doesnu00B4t load properly.
    We get the following error when running the example code main_app.
    "Error xylonfb ioremap REGS 0xEF898000 FB 0x0
    logicvc: probe of 40030000.logicvc failed with error -12"
    Please TimDuffy, it would be a big step for the mankind, if we get a Zedboard version of TRD ;-)

    Hi sergicuen,

    We recommend constraining the Linux kernel to u201Cseeu201D less memory and setting up the logiCVC-ML video memory at the end of the available RAM.
    The following example assumes 1024MB of the available RAM and at the end of the RAM, 256MB of the memory is reserved for the logiCVC-ML and other video applications:
    mem=768M memmap=256M$0x30000000 vmalloc=256M
    mem=768M u2013 limits Linux kernel system RAM to 768MB
    memmap=256M$0x30000000 u2013 reserves 256MB of the system RAM, starting from address 0x30000000
    vmalloc=256M u2013 sets Linux kernel virtual addressing space to 256MB (by default the 128MB are used), increasing of the vmalloc space is necessary when logiCVC is configured with many layers and the amount of memory used by them is greater then the default 128MB
